Am i thinning or balding ? fin or dur?

I've been taking reta for about 2 months and I've noticed my hair is thinning more than it was, lost about 25 pounds, so I know some of the hairloss is from losing weight, I was thinking about hoping on finasteride, and using topical minoxidil. Also, what's the diff between topical / pill ? what's more effective?

Let me know what to do

(it shows way less once i put curl cream on my hair and style it)

The literature on topical vs oral min states there's no significant difference. A lot of clinicians state their clients see better results on oral. However , oral can effect your heart as it was initially made to be a vasodilator. Continue taking 1 mg finasteride daily , and the you can either use the topical or oral min in a addition , both will help.
