Depends what your definition of ugly is. If it's just below average, I guess, but personally I think ugly means you are noticeably unnatractive and it's the first word that comes to mind when you see them. He wouldn't stick out to me in that regard

I would consider LTN to be 3.5-4.5/10, so below average but not what I would personally call ugly. Anything below that is ugly

That's fair, below LTN is when normies start to be honest with you about being ugly, because virtue signalling doesn't work anymore really at that level.

To me, LTN is averagely ugly, aka you'll likely get lied to by normies still, but women do not see you as a human.

I would consider OP ugly because of that.
