Last night when I was falling asleep I kept feeling like there were loads of people around me, like I was walking through a crowd, even though I was just lying in my bed alone. When I shut my eyes I sensed the presence of other humans and could hear them speaking. It took me longer to fall asleep. What kind of mental defect causes this?
