Hey guys,

I’m 24, and about 1.5 years ago, I had four premolars extracted for braces. Since then, my face has changed a lot – it’s more asymmetrical and longer, my smile looks narrower, and I’ve developed slight speech issues like a lisp. She hasn’t told me the risks, just sayed ‚‘‘it would be aesthetically better‘‘ since i wasnt scared of extractions i thought ok in that moment.

And i was a jaw surgery candidate anyways, so the right treatment would’ve been expanders, braces, jaw surgery, my face were roundish but now…..

I wasn’t in any Looksmaxxing stuff and like i said i didnt knew the risks literally

I went there for cosmetic reasons and she destroyed not only my aesthetics she also destroyed me functionally and took my potential….

Originally i wanted to have a wide smile and a wide jaw so idk what to do at this point…

My confidence is completely destroyed because I feel I looked much better before.

I realy feel super depressed, anxious like literally i can’t accept it emotionally….

It got so bad that im thinking of going to that young witch orthodontist with a weapon and kill them all and let my family and my dreams behind, im literally not joking im mentally realy unstable.

Im having nightmares evryday and only 4 hours sleep, also my ego can’t accept it thinking about 4 healthy teeth gone, bone gone etc

It would’ve been so easy, cheap, healthy with the best results if done the right treatment from the beginning!

But now i will have to put so much energy, money, and go through so much BS and it still probably wont be like before….

I’ve read that it might be possible to reverse some of the damage, like reopening the gaps, implants, bone graft or other treatments. Do you think it’s possible to regain at least 70–80% of my original look and then improve further, like doing the right treatment that should’ve been done in the first place

(e.g., with expanders or jaw surgery)?

Has anyone done any of these and had realy good results or reversed it?

current situation: 1 gap left down is closed, right down open, upper ones almost closed

I’d really appreciate any real advice or experience!

Bro sadly u cant sue them here in fcking Austria, i am already looking for doctors but i dont know who has experience in these type of shit to reverse tooth extraction damage etc

Its possible to reverse the damage, but you need to have MSE and MSDO. Then after u widened ur palate u need bone grafts and dental implants. Then you need braces. It will cost a lot of money
