This will never get old, in 2018 Amazon created an artificial intelligence program to make it hiring people without gender discrimination (the human recruiters were accused of gender discrimination). That's because women kept saying companies discriminated against them (remember, women are incapable of self responsibility).
As soon as the AI (who was totally unbiased and only hired to maximize revenue and productivity for the company despite the later claims by Amazon representatives to stop women's protests) started screening candidates they quickly found out the AI hated women, so powerful was the hating and discrimination against women that Amazon quickly had to scrap the AI and go back again to human recruiters to discriminate (again, as usual) AGAINST men to equalize.
After analyzing thousands and thousands of CV, The AI taught himself that when it came to revenue and productivity if in the curriculum there was the word "woman", "woman's college" ecc those were CV that were worth zero
. It automatically downgraded the women curriculum as trash and overwhelmingly hired only males candidates. After that Amazon was criticized and had to say the AI was flawed and that it would scrap it altogether, only to quell the protest LMAO but the AI was never flawed and worked very good.
Again, even the AI know that women are trash. I hope we can fet more AI in the future
