I got amino acids because I heard it helps with muscle metabolism and foundational is it cope and how many scoops should I take daily and what other things will it help with it has L-Leucine, L-Lysine, L-isoleucine, L-Valine, L-Threonine, L-Histidine, L-Cystine, L-Phenylalanine, L-Methionine, L-Tyrosine, L-Tryptophan.

Yeah I got amino acids too except I got mine from food instead of a stupid fucking powder, lol.
