I got that body after 8 months of natty lifting. Just been maintaining it with lifting a few times a week. I dont take the gym srs at all, just go in and pick a body part and do whatever machine or free weight I feel like.

My genetic test said I have mostly fast twitch muscle fibers so putting on muscle is effortless for me. I honestly mess around at the gym.

In that pic I'm 182 pounds at 5'10''
