The surgery in the video, subnasale lift, upper-eyelid surgery and maybe a chin-wing osteotomy if my palate expander + facepuller plan doesn't work (I was going to get MSE, but I found out my cheekbones were wide and my IPD isn't too low, 6.1-6.2cms). I might also get IMDO, I don't know though, because my jaw looks long even though it's rounded.

Are you getting MSE by chance?

Wait then. Also, do you look like any of your relatives? You could try to see how you'll look in the future by looking at their faces (assuming you look close enough to one). I look like a clone of my grandfather and I'm 18 (19 this April), but when I look at my face then compare it to his, I can tell that I'm already fully developed.
