An exception to the eye color pill: Does a lighter eye color descend Vito Basso?

This is quite an interesting case: most of Vito's best features are around the central part of his face. His wavy hair, cheekbones, eyebrow shape and thickness, eyelashes and long downturned medial canthus are what make him striking and unique. A lighter eye color takes away the focus from these features, making them stand out less, as well as detracting from the exotic Mediterranean phenotype.
