An idea on how to make life hell for foids in cars

So i got an idea on how to make life hell for foids driving a car. That is parking 4 rental scooters, at least one on each side of the car, meaning one in the front, one at each side and one behind the car, basically preventing the parked car from being driven. If one on each side is not enough, then i could park multiple on each side..

What do you think? A good idea?
