My diet is basically:

Gluten free bread
Honey
4 Whole eggs daily

1-2 pounds sirloin steak daily
2 cups rice dry daily

Dark berries
veggies
Olive oil
Avacado oil
Pussy juice
Sugar free syrup
Gluten free pancakes
Almond butter
Almond milk

Anything else to add?

Seems to be ok
high anabolism ages u fast anyway. but that almond stuff "vegies" sugar free syrup sounds unanabolic. y would u want to reduce sugar and eat low calorie foods ? drink a lot of milk and eat a lot of meat + carbs for high anabolism

Bc sugar is bad for gut health. Can you link studies showing affects of dairy? I am kinda intolerant to it and it causes bloating

I’m eating 4k cals and this is my macros rn. Should I cut fats and increase carbs?

high carb diets are healthy. with that much calories u dont want a high percentage protein. eat more carbs

Only if you have celiac

Almost everything has gluten every store you eat has cross contamination of gluten

Thanks - many bodybuilders claim sugar is toxic and consume aspartame or sucralose instead. Sugar tends to fuck my gut health so I’ll probably just drop the artificial sweeteners and consume low amounts of sugar.

its not sugar. im precise with language. its unbalanced sugars. look into the health benefits of fruits and natural sugars maybe u will change ur mind

I am talking about white sugar not fructose I already consume a lot of berries and mangoes

berries and mangos are half fructose half glucose just like white sugar. the difference is the composition. natural is balanced

Wdyt about things with added white sugar like jam? Ray peat says sugar is needed for energy I’m not sure there’s a lot of conflicting info on this. Since quitting added sugar I have been able to stay lean eating lots of food

not the worst but y eat added sugars unless ur poor? just add honey urself instead.

Yeah I started eating honey now and take it preworkout too it’s much better and I use raw honey

personally i would change almond milk and butter to the real things for both, and also i would prefer quinoa as a carb source over rice, bread and pancakes, rest is pretty good tho
