I'm 25 year old, have aga since 18 (diagnosed by a dermatologist) and still nw1 thanks to dutasteride and oral minoxidil which I began taking in 2020. Prior to the treatment, I was nw2. Those two aided me return to full nw1 an I'm still retaining my hair. I have a huge problem with my body composition. I'm one of the worst cases of a skinny-fat. 187 cm tall and 75 kg I have %20-21 body fat. If I bulk, my body fat will increase up to at least %25 and If I cut I will look even worse with lower body mass. If I could do a testosterone only cycle, 500-600 mg testosterone per week, I could gain muscle with little fat gain. Then I would do a second cycle for cutting and preserve my muscle mass during the fat loss phase and accelerate the process of fat and water loss. Hair is life and doing such a thing without any precaution would let me go bald rapidly. Would a combination of high dose daily dutasteride (2.5 mg) + oral minoxidil 10 mg + pyrilutamide help me completely retain my hair while doing a testosterone only 500-600 /per week cycle? 2.5 mg dutasteride reduces scalp dht by %79, oral minoxidil at 10 mg keeps hair follicles in anagen phase, pyrilutamide has been shown to have a binding affinity higher than both testosterone and dht. Would that really work?
