Anastrazole: an unexpected twist

As I said posted before, I started using anastrazole and that completely killed my sex drive in a few days after I started using it and lasted for about 3 weeks. After 3 weeks, I started feeling sexual desire again and relapsed after my involuntary AI-induced Nofap streak. Right now, I experience even more desire to fap than I used to before using arimidex. I use 0,5 mg/2 days. Does that mean that it has stopped working and I should increase my dosage or I have just adaptized to it?

I combine AI with mk 677 to keep growth plates open ,that's the idea. I'm familiar with the side effects, I'm just curious

I have a glucometer. My glucose level in the morning is usually about 5 mmol/l which is not a lot. I don't eat fast carbs, I only complex carbohydrates so I don't have insulin spikes
