Anastrozole and Hair thinning

Want to start Anastrozole for an AI, but one of it’s side effect is grade 1 hair loss, meaning the thinning is diffuse, generally causing a loss of less than 50% density in hair, I feel like my hair isn’t already that dense, I’m planning to use for 4 months, how severe will the hair loss be if anyone has experience
