aromasin is possibly the worst option considering its more permanent effects on estrogen levels which in turn gets you lower HDL (good cholesterol), decreased bone density, hormonal imbalances, effects on brain development and probably more. anastrozole is the least potent of the third-gen group of AIs, and has some studies on its off-label use for delaying epiphyseal plate closure:

not like the pubmed studies mean anything because these are all pediatric studies, not full grown adults. so again exercise your judgement
