Anavar foot swelling?

Started taking 30mg/3 yesterday , took 2 already today and when I put on my shoes I noticed my shoes felt tighter and my foot felt a bit sore

I also took a shitton of stimulants (Adderall XR, Modafinil at night) so idk if this is the cause but what does this mean? Do I stop immediately
