Title. Running solo btw. Also please recommend what doses of rad140/anavar would be best for muscle gains.

I ran 15mg ran and it blew 150 test out of the water.

Do with that as you want

My point is that sarms arent as bad as people say.
15mg rad is probably equivalent to 250 test.
Amother thing to note is that rad is one is the sarms that scales well. So its unreasonable that think that 50mg rad would beat 500 test im terms of total anabolism.
Hepatotoxicity is an issue youll run in to with rad. But the same goes for var.

Basically every SARM is dogshit apart from maybe LGD, but there is no good reason to run that anyway. They’re all redundant.

That also wasn’t the point you made. You talk like what you said is a justifiable comparison. You compared natural test levels (just taken exogenously) to RAD, which doesn’t prove anything about anything.

lgd can be ran on enclo for limited time periods, as can lots of orals like anavar and Dbol, but the sarms are wayyy less suppresive

SARMs have no valid use outside of being a stepping stone to steroids.

Don’t run them solo

But hypothetically, if you run it with test as a base then anavar is better

I have only used rad and can therefore only testify to it.

I beg to differ, but wont be arguing that point.
Rad140 still gave me good gains, but id never recommend it over lgd

Of course I don’t deny that. I’m not saying it doesn’t lead to muscle gain.

Sarms are also way more terrible for your health than test

why was var much better than rad?

I do plan to pin in the next few years when I move out, but until then I can’t just do nothing
