No, they aren't ... Not by far. They can produce gains but they're toxic as shit and terrible; totally unhealthy choice of gear for anyone EVER.

If you do under 50 mg a day for less than 4 weeks, nearly none ... Maybe minor testicular aches/pains that are temporary, that's mostly it. Some people might fuck their guts up from it, or react poorly orally but that's not a steroid problem per se but a digestion/"mal"-sort of issue.

Low dose testosterone base (no esters), DHT, Anavar, Proviron, etc.

You won't get huge but getting big fast has many cons down the line vs. getting "shredded" or wanting to trim down/look athletic/lean.
