Im consulting with a surgeon for a genio and other procedures aswell lets keep each other updated
but youre sure you want to go to andrei? didnt he butcher a bunch of people? and I think hes trying to get more money off of you cause implants cost more than genio but genio provides the better result imo

I haven't seen any good results from a genioplasty alone, but since you only need a very small amount of projection, as well as a decrease of the mentolabial angle (lower lip to B-point - which is your chin tip - angle) compared to most people who get a genio, I think it could work for you.

Make sure they give you morphs which they promise to achieve before the surgery.

But I think that effect in the first photo is only achievable by means of a chin shield (AKA short chin wing) or an implant, not a standard sliding genioplasty .
