explanation to this: if you kick/hit something and your leg/fist breaks through the object, you won't break any bones. doesn't matter if it's concrete, asphalt, cinderblocks or anything. (just giving an example) but if you fail to kick through it, your bone will break. so to do this, you need to be fearless and kick as hard as you can, otherwise you'll break a bone. if your leg/fist breaks through it, you're fine. as i said it doesn't matter if its titanium, cinderblocks or asphalt, if you break through it, you'll be fine.

i punched a cinderblock before and my fist went through the cinderblock so my hand didn't break.
