Most people doesn't know about these when they have to, you can be doing all of this exhausting hardwork just to be wasted like trash, some people exhausting them selves with diets, workouts, and habits and even spending hundreds of dollars on roids just to maximise their testostrone so they could get the full masculinization effects but what's the benefit if you're androgen receptors are insensitive? All of what you did would be a waste it wouldn't work only if you run very high dosages of roids, I see people around either trying to be naturally maximising their height or using roids for an easier approach, we have growth factors receptors in our body for both GH and IGF-1 which are essential for your height and bone growth as an example someone diagnosed with dwarfism/gigantism, why are they so short/tall? It's because of two factors, either you have a deficiency or an overproduction in GH in your pituitary gland, or there are another reason which is Growth Factors receptors, if your growth factors receptors are insensitive, you'll end up being shorter than your potential height and if your growth factors receptors are sensitive or over activity it would cause you to grow even past your genetic potential if possible,
Tbh if you want to maximise your height and masculinization, the first thing you need to consider is your androgen receptors and your growth factors receptors, in the end, it's all genetic and you won't be able to do shit
