We all know how good it will be to have high testosterone, mine is really low even if i have a healty lifestyle and diet.
Trt (testosterone replacement therapy) has been in my mind for a long period but there is a side effect that i couldnt take: “Testosterone limits its secretion via negative feedback. High levels of testosterone in the blood give feedback to the hypothalamus to suppress the secretion of GnRH and feedback to the anterior pituitary, making it less responsive to GnRH stimuli. pubmed”
So if take testosterone your body will stop its production and this will mess with so many things in your body + u will experience testicular atrophy.
My solution to the problem is the stimulation instead of the replacement, stimulating the body production of t u will have a more natural T boost and less side effects; a way to do it might be taking DHEA and LH
I will see doctor to talk about that and then see if my line of reasoning is correct, i ll be glad to hear high iq opinion on this, thanks for the attention
