I've been eating an animal based diet including a pound of meat, some organs, and fruits and eating relatively low carb under 100 carbs for about almost a year now. However, I still feel like fucking shit. Somehow, my sleep has gotten worse since starting this diet. I wake up multiple times during the night and can't remember one instance where I slept through the night in the past several months. I have no energy throughout the day. I also still have fucking cystic acne all over my face. I thought this shit was supposed to be some miracle cure but apparently it's not. To be honest, I have not had one benefit from this diet except losing a lot of weight and some extra body fat.
