Don't watch this unless you're ready to sit through a shit ton of filler, or watch one pace and skip over some character developement. I've only heard bad things about the anime but I heard the manga is good.

Very funny overall
And the anime isn't the best, but if you're gonna binge through it'll do. And there isn't any filler in the anime, about 10-20 episodes out of the 800+ it has. The only problem is they stretch out the story so it feels forced at times.
Bit as I said, if you binge you won't notice it.
