The mainstream anime style is the disgusting chinko inversion of Neo-renaissance chiaruscuro or Roman sculpture. Instead of idealising the biological form which is impossible for chinkos (as they are chinkos), they end up creating symbols supposed to represent their desire to live in a simulation devoid of any real biological platform from which to build on, the whole harem in an island trope or extremely stylised tentacle hentai is proof the chinko's creative outlet is to derive the same feeling of biological chad vis a vis "artistic" libidinal projections, effete protagonists and waifus.
Even the main characters of anime are not merely white but the perfect white "specimen" , most anime characters have no nose at all and weird eye colours that dont exist in nature, an idealisation of the chinkos awe at looking at huwhite people but with an undercurrent of semitic-tier ressentiment. Any semiotic genealogy of anime isn't nuanced or progressive but simply an illusion of progress, early anime was simply the way it was because it was "too close" to hiroshima.
Sure there are few styles and anime that don't fall victim to this like the texture palettes used in angel's egg or jin roh/ akira like old school animation but by and far the trend reveals how chinkos cope with their inferiority. Any anime which isn't instantly revolting at first site eschew the general trend and go back to drawing characters with predominantly caucasoid characterestics a la musashi, the medicine seller, kiryu from yakuza0 etc. even their best writers/directors don't even look chinko

The huwhites who go there to be lusted for white cockru will inevitable transform their bloodline into mutations worse than what hiroshima caused. Any sensible man will stay from away non-caucasoid chinkos!
