I watched the 2018-2019 remake which adapted the 26 episodes of the original anime and it was god tier srs with the new animation etc. I watched it in eng dub.

Thats why so many are hard to watch, for every good one theres 100 if not more bad ones
and generally only the bad ones with the cringiest unrealistic interactions are promoted
