I was lifting 50kg concrete bags from the floor to the truck so It was like a deadlift with a twist, I lifted one bag too hard and something popped in my lower back on the right side, went to the hospital and was a severe compressed nerve, the pain was so bad and walking was really stressful that I barely walked for 3 monthshow did that happen did u lift weights
