Announcement: Only Three (3) Requested Bans a Year

So, we have experienced people asking to be banned, and requesting to be unbanned like a hour later or a day later.

You have three requested bans in a year. Unless you really need a ban again, you can always ask a moderator if you need a break. And if you really need a break you can also just log out.

The third ban need to be at least 14 days long in able for a user to return.

@Alexanderr and I discussed we should make a policy about this.
