if you have natural high hairline or are nw 2 max - a good foreheads reduction with small graft to perfect it is insane. this doc has so many examples. old posts on forum says its 15k but i mean cmon i have to say its worth it.

Beverly Hills doc said if needed he can bring temples in, but i’d rather a small transplant for that anyways - you have all the grafts you need to perfect the design and shape.

It’s from a South Korean clinic called MOJELIM Hair Transplant. In East Asia, hair transplant’s technique is way better than western’s technique. I believe it’s because of their beauty standards, it is desirable to them to have a small forehead, which is smaller than what is considered “small” for a westerner surgeon. Up until now, I have only seen a Turkish surgeon who (maybe) has a good technique.

The pics in OP are scalp advancement which is what I am going for, then small transplant to perfect after ( recommended by @LiterallyNightwing ) . As a Black guy its much easier to design hairlines for us as straight lines are normal.
