salmon is not high fat.
100 grams of salmon contain 20 grams of protein and 4.4 grams of fat

sausages are high fat:
100grams of sausages contain 15 grams of protein and up to 30 grams of fat.

100 grams of salmon contain 127 calories while 100 grams of sausage contain 330 calories!!!
