I once saw an Indian Leg Lengthening seminar on YT, it was a 1 or 2 day course on how to do Ilizarov LL. There were about 300 Indian doctors sitting in that room trying to learn how to do it. Unbelievable.....

yeah it was a government hospital and the 300 doctors were no no doctors they were just students from medical colleges they were there to learn and see

Will you ever assist in LL cases? I want to visit you for my face but im 5'5 so im going to get double LL in the USA as well. Its going to be around 250k and it would be nice to save some money and work with someone I trust

not to mention im sure if you did work on those cases youd probably invent some better techniques and recovery methods like you have for the face

He has multiple patents pending, he shows the things hes brought to the niche, ive seen some very good before and afters. your simply ignorant and misinformed. Ive looked around for the best surgeon in the world for 2 years now and hes the one that I truly believe is the best when it comes to surgery planning. its not the oppitsite way around where I found him and think hes the only option

India is one of the best countries for LL, you just need to look for good surgeons like Parihar & ask for internal nail.
This retard just went to some random ass botcher surgeon & chose LON.

Parihar is good but still sitting in mumbai even if you can get LL for 36k with fitbone is brutal.
You water is dirty, you cant drink it.

It depends on your situation like family, social circle, country, job, & finances etc.
Still, India mogs if you're a NEET & don't mind going away from family.

I remember reading some reviews at doctor and the patient called him Mengele Jfl for being torturer.

But I think generally best ROI for LL is Russia because illizarov(guy who invented LL) was literally born there(made a clinic jfl)and its cheapest . Yes you will walk like retard for several month with external thing.

External LL is shit.
Internal LL -> mild pain and crutches and walker for 4 months
External LL -> hella pain, no showering, high discomfort, high risk, crutches and walker or just wheelchair.

the pain should be same because the uhh distraction rate is the same, and pain usually comes out after like 5-6 cms or 2 inches of "natural" limit is getting reached.

discomfort but its like $20k usd at max(i found ones for $10k USD JFL, but you should pay for living by yourself which is most prob like $1k-2k usd tops if you arent greedy) and only half a year of house arrest or like.

This is the most stupid thing i have read.
Internal LL you have pain for 3 weeks and then mostly pain free. Sure nerve pain can arrise after 6 cm but that is not hard.
External LL you have an open wound. You will be on constant pain meds.

Also external LL IF fixated with trauma nail after (LATN) is about 3-4 months
