JFL at wageslaving. I only work at this shithole retard company for 12 hours/week but they still try to make shit as inconvenient as possible for me. I have a conflict with scheduling of work, again, because these retards make up new rules and don't even inform me about it.

I look at my work-schedule one day and see they changed a lot of my shifts around in ways that we never even agreed upon should be possible.

I'll be quitting by the start of next summer (july 2025) at the latest and going back to NEETcelling.

One problem of wageslaving is the effects on your mind.

I am low in the companiy hiearchy. So there's literally subhuman 50yo balding worthless ugly fucks who command me and tell me what to do. There's nothing I can do except take their disrespect as a man working in lower hierarachy, or get fired.

This is such a massive challenge for me on a daily basis. Because I could KILL this motherfucker any moment I want. He is a decripit ugly old fuck, who commands me? On the basis of what? Because he kissed some boss's ass in the past?

yes, which is why I will quit. They treat me with utter disrespect just because I work part-time and therefore am not 'worth much' to the company.

But in reality as a part-time employee, I have always taken the 'least desired shifts' from the full-time employees. I am working the toughest shifts. For some reason they disrespect me anyways and I will quit this job by summer next year.

I have briefings/meetings with these boomer oldcel fucks making 3-4 times my salary, yet they don't even understand how powerpoint works, how microsoft teams works, how computers work. Seeing them struggle with the basics is infurierating.
