Strange. No apparent changes to his zygos, but his lower jaw seems wider, even though he is clean shaven in the after pic. Maybe he did some expansion in his lower jaw as well? Do you know how much he expanded upper jaw? That may explain the lack of changes to his zygos, as he already had a very narrow palate, and more expansion would have been needed to achieve clear aesthetic changes in the cheekbone area.

Anyhow, lifefuel for all of us smilecels.
