It's over at this point completely I am KHHTCV and nothing seems to be changing since i got rid of my PC (addicted to WoW) and started looksmaxxing, I take fucking escitalopram pills for 2 months and it doesnt work at all. I still have problems to even leave home because of my appearance even though I only go to gym because I'm NEET.

There is nothing for me in this life, nothing good will ever happen to me I feel, whole life wasted because of my face, zero interactions with women, fuck this.

the point is to get ur dopamine up. i know exactly ur situation and mindset. the problem with SSRI is that even though it directly works on the problem, it doesnt fix the root issue so it actusllx works against u in the long run

SSRIs are serotonun reuptake inhibitors

SSRI will help u feel better about ur current situation but it doesnt motivste you to change the situation it just makes you have more serotonin so you quite literally "cope" with ur life

Dopamine reuptake inhibitors make it so tasks that you do IRL and achievements u get will make you feel very good and it makes u chase things etc. It just makes you upbeat and high energy and more outgoing and want to get shit done. By getting shit done you will also gain serotonin in indirect way

just start taking caffeine tablets 3-700mg a day throughout even tbh. that does smth too

u need some speed(pun intended) in ur life
