Realistically these are the only two procedures I need in order to ensure a women can genuinely fall in love with me. Once I get those procedures Im just going to live the rest of my life peacefully

you can either shave it down or build it up (requires cartilage or filler but i dont recommend). Imo augmentation would be better since a bigger radix connecting to the glabella is better (obviously up to a certain point)

I have a question about roids. Would test and tren widen my alar base/make my nose inflamed or is that only done by HGH

I running these two compounds pretty soon so I wanna know if they will make my nose look bigger from the front as a side effect
