The thing is i did for septum at the time and i was dumb so the surgeon deprojected the tip to much when he shouldnt have, also fucked up the columnella and also made the nasal wings wider. Litteraly botch deluxe

I have made multiple ANS implants. The main thing it does is open the nasolabial angle but it does not change the nose shape from asian/black to caucasian projection by itself. Rhinoplasty with extensive grafting to add projection is needed.

By opening the angle do you mean changing the angle like maybe flat to slanted?
