It’s cope. 50% chances of it working. And even then the results are not very special like you see in the studies and on YouTube. Tbh if you eyes are already dark brown or black it wont make a difference
Now some people say latisse can cause fat loss but some guys who have tried it like amnesia say it didnt make a difference
