It’s jaw surgery you’re going to be completely fine, recovery might suck for two weeks but your life will be significantly better afterwards

This, you should research as much as you can before you get it so you get the results you want out of the surgery.
Most people can only do jaw surgery once and it’s one of the most impactful surgeries for both health and aesthetic reasons.

Good luck man hopefully it goes well for you and you’re happy with your results, also don’t sperg out about your appearance after the surgery your entire face will be swelled up and some areas might have more swelling then others, most of the swelling will be gone in a few months and all of it will be usually be gone by a year

If you have a bite issue/malocclusion just save up for the jaw surgery, you’re a really good candidate for bimax because the other parts of your face aren’t that recessed and you have decent bone mass.
Bimax with CCW + genio would ascend you hard.
Getting chin surgery right now might fuck up your ability to get a good results from jaw surgery if you decide to get it done later

If you have a bite issue/malocclusion just save up for the jaw surgery, you’re a really good candidate for bimax because the other parts of your face aren’t recessed and you have mass on your ramus and other bones you just need an advancement.

I edited it, jfl I didn’t click on the picture so I assumed his head was a lot larger
If he doesn’t have any issues with jaw width bimax ccw and leaning out would ascend him hard, few degrees of upturning for straight nose + all the stretched skin would help give angularity to his face.
He needs somewhat of a large advancement though his maxilla and mandible are short as fuck.
Bimax is perfect for his case. The other bones in his face are good especially his browridge and radix, his cheekbones and under eye support are average but they aren’t bad at all would look much better if he was leaner.

Mentoplasty won’t fix your jaws because you need your upper jaw moved forward as well, there should be good jaw surgeons in Brazil it’s better to save up money for a year then to get just mentoplasty
