Anyone else get this?
My mum mentioned a cousin or neighbour or friend's son's girlfriend in conversation. Basically usually someone younger than me.
And I get this massive anxiety shot. Like it makes me gulp and swallow, it makes me shake almost. And my voice goes all timid afterwards. Like it completely knocks the wind out of me.
Anyone else??
