I think I also have an 8 pack but the belly fat under my belly button never went away even when I got down to 50kg. I am a 178cm manlet for reference.

I have the same problem. I cut all the way down to 58.12kg @ 167cm tall and I had the six-pack abs (still do even after I bulked up to 63.5kg. I just make sure to train abs for them to remain visible while going up in body fat %) and I still have belly fat underneath my belly button even at that weight. Absolutely brutal to still have lower belly fat underneath your belly button @ 178cm tall 50kg. It's over.

Would a cool sculpting machine work

my fat distribution shifted away from my stomach throughout the years due to lifting.

used to have a pouch below the navel that never went away that's completely gone even at higher bodyfat now.

I think South Asians have bad belly fat genetics.

Yeah it's definitely brutal. I went like "what the fuck is this shit? I need to be 45kg or 40kg or something to get rid of it?" So I just gave up after that. It's important to note that I did NOT work out and I found out that working out is a must to get rid of that fat below your belly button but I am not the type of guy who works out, so I said "screw it" and now I'm 78kg. :feelskek:

Facts my abs are kinda visible but I’m gonna have to cut to like 10% and bulk a bit before

Nigga lift

Let me know how it goes.

Too much effort man, I don't wanna do that.
Bruh. I have lots of time and lifting can increase your width by a an inch or two over the years so I might as well I feel like.

I got plenty of time too but the imporant thing here is consistency. Will you keep doing this forever?

I will. When I used to lift for a few months and was heavier (like 10 lbs heavier than I am now) my sister told me I looked a lot better than when I was skinny. I stopped but I started again and I’m not gonna stop, I actually enjoy it.

Brutal, meanwhile a looksmaxxer told me I look better chubbier than skinny (he's right, I am a boneless cuck).

My face looks better skinny, but basically all the mass I lost was upper body, my friends though I was lifting when they saw me after a few months before I stopped. I’m gonna bulk up a bit then leanmaxx to like 10%

What about 4 packs?
