Any advice for Neurotypical-maxxing?

Yooo so long story short,

I am an autistic young dude like many of you on here.
I've already ascended a decent amount and get compliments and good looks everywhere I go. But I cannot seem to actually be normal like everyone else, I have trouble holding down jobs and keeping romantic relationships, It stems a lot from my ocd and constant rumination.

Any advice?? (sorry if this is a fkin stupid question)

not much you can do as a ND, masking will give u crazy mental health issues long term. imo be urself and learn how to adapt ur behaviour to the norm in a way that suits u

What i do is watch how others behave and try copy them, i also have alot of social anxienty and what helps with that is forcing yourself to go out and talk to people and just try to not care that much
