Currently 67kg, 18%bf, 5'10, 21 been taking these since start of November:
Reta - 2.5mg pw
tesamorelin - 1.5mg daily
ghk cu - 2mg daily
cjc 1295 (no dac) w ipa = 300mcg daily
Trying to get leaner and lose more lower belly fat, upper abs more visible than lower so trying to show those.
Train PPL 3-6x a week, and train core every day at end of workout, get from 130 - 160g protein per day w, 1200-1600cal.
Trying to hit 60kg, ideally 15% bf.
Any advice on anything appreciated
