Your Maxilla likely looks flat because of your vomer bone, which is different from a White or Black persons. I believe there’s a surgery to correct this, however if your skull shape and jaw don’t match up it can look uncanny. As for eye area they are shallow set so you’d need orbital decompression to push them in, However orbital decompression does not change your front (which eyes mostly is) so it doesn’t make a big difference by itself, But it is useful for making you look better in conjunction with other surgeries for the eyes like Double Eyelid, Ptosis correction, Lateral Cantho, And eyebrow transplant.
