Im 16, ive noticed my hairline being recessed about 2.5 years ago and hasn't gotten much worse ever since.

Still a part of me is worried yk. I've tried castor oil, pumpkin seed oil, derma rolling or some bs, i mean it did help but idk. Im just still stressed.

Don't delay getting on finasteride or dut. Maintaining existing hair is much easier than regrowing lost hair. Once it's gone, it's usually gone for good unless you get hair transplant. And for hair transplants, you only have a finite number of donor follicles

But note dut and fin have potential sides. Like ED. 1% experience those sides. But 99% of people who experience those sides make a full recovery when they stop using it. But even so, hair is looks and looks is life. But again your personal philosophy might be different, so only you can decide if it's worth it

Scars from dermarolling on the areas where it was used can make your hair fall out, never do this again

You need to stop washing your hair with shampoos and using oils and all that, and only use tar soap

i mean what are the odds of it going down to shit till i turn 18 in 2 years when 3 years almost nothing happened. I might have to go to a derma tho

if you are balding at 16 just embrace it at that point, get a shorter haircut that covers the forehead and pray it doesn't move much till you are 18. After than it's on you if you want to keep taking drugs your whole life to slow down balding.
