Any biological explanation as to why lots of women prefer pretty boys

It doesn't really make much sense as to why lots of women prefer skinny low dimorphism tik tokkers that would get killed instantly for 99.9% of human history it just doesn't seem like the kind of thing that nature would select for particularly since it is only very recently been that strength speed and fighting ability have ceased to matter and that is nowhere near long enough to properly effect evolutionarily what they select for.
I know that birth control messes with hormones but it still doesn't fully explain it.

maybe because physical strength isnt as important anymore because people dont really get into physical fights nowadays unless theyre retarded and looking for it

It's adaptation, men testosterone declined alot that's why this boys exist and foids test increased

Women in different age groups like different types of men, that's all it is. Also depends on what you consider a prettboy and if that person has other things going for him.
For example Chico in his prime was a pb, maybe even a robust pb which works well until you go past 25. The thing is though is that he is also 6.4/193cm which would extend his appeal further to even in his early 30s.
Prettyboys are mainly liked by teenage girls which are also the most vocal age group on the internet which is why you hear so much abt prettyboys.

Its the same logic behind why there are a lot of pedo men

Because that's what most attractive young men look like today. If testosterone levels were normal then you'd see them simping after more rough looking men. Orlando bloom is probably a good example

True good genes theory can play a role here, but also women have slow life strategies, so a pretty boy who’s emotional intelligent or whatever can make a good long term partner

Sperm quality degrades over time though. The younger you have kids, the better their genes will be and the less likely they will be to have deformities like autism
