Any boxers here? Thoughts on my training regiment?

This is what I’ve been doing for about a week now.

15 min jump rope
15 min agility ladder
5k run or strength training (alternating days)
Shadowboxing
Heavy bag work
Speedbag
Core workout
Neck workout (every other day)

Am I missing anything crucial? Will change some of the 5k days into sprints once I get my cardio up

The most important is sparring

No amount of training is gonna make you a better boxer unless you're sparring regularly against people who mog you

Yes already have a place where I can get some lessons/spar.

Just want to get my cardio up first. Will prob start going to clases after 2 more weeks of this shit
