for me it was just general development, and eating as ancestrally as possible. but hgh and test will have you gain bone mass in your face.

mainly stuff people think is cope and just brush off. 1.5 grams per pound of bw protein intake, raw eggs, fish, cheese, lots of fruit. just optimizing diet. just optimizing test and growth pathways naturally
