I agree with what has been said here already. Focus on getting some really good habits, keeping lean, working out etc.
- and eating healthy will be good for every aspect of your looksmaxing; skin, teeth and hair and for your overall wellbeing and mentality.

If you want to do something straight away:
improving eyebrows is legit a lot of impact for very little money
getting a good simple skincare routine is a bit more expensive but still on the cheap side compared to how important it is.
some charcoal-powder to whiten your teeth a bit might be another cheap option that can have a big impact.

I wouldn't spend too much on fashion in highschool, just keep it super simple, maybe some well fitting black shirts and grey jeans and whatever shoes are popular in your area.
