My elo in chess is 264 and like i need advice on how to be good like genuinely cant be good like when im playing i suddenly blunder pieces and i dont what to do in middle game

Your elo is so shit, its okay though. Lichess puzzles are your best friend. Pick 3 different openings for black and white to study. And also play against yourself.

Using just this, you can get to 1000 elo in a very short time

Learn Caro Kann for black and Vienna for white
