Ngl, if you're already on tret, you're already doing good for skin, but you could try some kind of collagen supplementation or stuff that might make a difference:I’ll get ru 58851 , what do i use for skin? Im already on 0.1% tret
Yes both are very commontitle
I’ll get ru 58851 , what do i use for skin? Im already on 0.1% tretProbably from Test converting to DHT, yeah. Probably buy some kind of topical shit for hair and skin that will locally block DHT since it's still somewhat important to have. And if you aren't already on it, maybe get tretinoin

Yo thank you my guy . Appreciate the time and effort fr . I will bookmark this . But yes im also blasting peptides atm as well , Im doing it all . Im thinking about only running a 4 -6 week cycle at around 250 mg . Doing all this then will pct with enclo , hopefully i have 0 collagen or hair effects .Ngl, if you're already on tret, you're already doing good for skin, but you could try some kind of collagen supplementation or stuff that might make a difference:
- collagen peptides probably make a difference, but grass fed gelatin powder might be cheaper
- maybe supplementing glycine, but if you're taking gelatin, then you're already getting glycine
- could also try supplementing NAC since it promotes skin health, prob synergizes pretty good with collagen supplements
(edit: btw, NAC is a precursor to glutathione, so its honestly not super necessary to include, but it helps with oxidative damage. for reference, oxidative stress damages DNA, lipids, and proteins. collagen is a type of protein).
